Thanks for the reminder, Kelly. It has always been important to take care of yourself - and now more than ever. Do yourself a favour and eat healthy, nutritious food to boost your immune system; add in some daily exercise, some daily mindfulness and a big dose of gratitude for what you have and can control. Remove fear from your conscious thinking. It is toxic, a waste of energy., and doesn't serve you well.
